October marks another month of steady progress across the development:

Zenia 1 has reached the 13th floor

Zenia 2 has topped out at the 16th floor
🏗 Risa Towers:

Risa 1 has risen to the 14th floor

Risa 2 has achieved the 18th floor milestone
🏗 Lightweight concrete wall installation is now being carried out simultaneously across multiple levels.
🚧 Notably, the National Highway 13 (QL13) expansion to 60 meters is steadily taking shape — further enhancing regional connectivity and accessibility.
At the same time, the on-site Sales Gallery is under continuous construction, soon ready to welcome guests for visits and immersive project experiences.

Artelia Vietnam Conducts Comprehensive Quality Inspection of La Pura Project
On April 28th, Artelia Vietnam – the independent international consulting, engineering, and project management group from France – collaborated with the main contractor Central to conduct a comprehensive quality inspection of the La Pura project.
Following a detailed inspection and careful comparison of test results with the approved design documents, Artelia’s supervisory team concluded that the quality of the concrete and reinforced steel structures at La Pura fully complies with all technical specifications, construction standards and regulations, as well as the requirements outlined in the approved design documents.
La Pura is making steady progress towards completion, ready to become a new symbol of wellness-inspired living in the heart of the city.
