Legal Overview

The La Pura project is officially registered under the name "Binh Duong 1 & 2 High-End Apartment and Commercial Center Project".
The project is developed by Saigon-KL Real Estate Joint Stock Company, a member of Phat Dat Group.

It spans a total area of over 3 hectares of urban residential land, with long-term ownership (pink book) granted.

70% Sold to Vietnamese Buyers

After making a 10% payment, the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is signed immediately. Handover is expected in December 2027, and the long-term ownership certificate (Pink Book) will be issued within 6 months after handover.

30% Available for Foreign Buyers

The project allows up to 30% of units to be sold to foreign buyers. Customers will sign the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) directly with the developer and are granted a Pink Book (ownership certificate) similar to Vietnamese buyers. The only difference: Ownership term is 50 years, in accordance with Vietnamese law.
